Facts: Chris Owens was born in Toronto but moved to Vancouver in 1996, just in time to land his first role on THE X-FILES, as the Young Cigarette Smoking Man in "Musings of a Cigarette Smoking Man." He played Young CSM again in "Demons" as well as The Great Mutato in "The Post-Modern Prometheus," before being cast in the recurring role of Agent Jeffrey Spender.
His father is a Jazz drummer and his mother is a singer. His sister is actress Shelley-lynn Owens.
His previous occupation was as a bartender. Chris has moved to Los Angeles with THE X-FILES. He drives a black two-door Honda Civic.
